The Beekeeper

iariaThis was a fun mindless action movie. Giving me entirely what I wanted from it.
+ I love the idea of the Beekeepers and how there's only one at a time. It's a terrible idea of course but in fiction it's fun.
+ Clay was a very Statham character and exactly what I expected so that was all good.
+ My favourite part was Verona and Wiley. I liked both a lot as characters and I loved their partnership.
+ It's definitely very carthatic to watch someone go into one of those scamming destructive call centres, terrify everyone there and then burn it down. A+ job.
+ The action was pretty fun.
+ I really wish the current Beekeeper had been more of a challenge for Clay. Everyone is so terrified of the Beekeeper she should be terrifying. She should be on his level, even if she was a lunatic.
+ I was so mad when when they blew up the beehives. Assholes!
+ I was surprised that the President was actually a decent person who didn't know what her son did so points to her for that. I hope for her sake that room had a hidden camera though cause ooph she is going down hard.
+ The movie was shorter then I expected I could have watched another 20 minutes. I'd also watch a sequel. Sometimes you just want a mindless action, you know?
