+ I loved Michael saving Isobel and the happy Isobel/Max/Michael reunion. And Max/Isobel at the end were great.
+ That said the whole Max confrontation went by really quickly, far too quickly considering the buildup. It felt like they wanted to resolve it as quickly as possible for some reason which makes no sense considering the set up. It was disappointing. This should have been their storyline for the episode. Also was that release of power really equal to bringing Rosa back from the dead? Because I'm sure Liz's revival was a lot more flashy. It did not seem enough to release all that darkness he supposedly had.
+ I loved how happy for Liz Isobel and Michael looked when she and Max hugged. Well mostly Isobel, she was practically gleeful. How far they're come!
+ So the meteor shower was totally making people horny right?
+ A+ for bi Isobel and her hooking up with a hot female bartender.
+ That Michael/Maria/Alex threesome was something. I do appreciate that they all seemed to come out of it feeling good. Honestly, if the show decided to resolve this love triangle by going with a poly v relationship between the three I would be delighted. (Not so much as a threesome.) But alas it doesn't seem to be going that way which is too bad.
+ Max/Liz were cute. I loved her shouting out 'I love you'. Her freaking out about failing to say it when she wanted was pretty adorable.
+ I was a little disappointed that Max regained him memories of Liz so quickly. Not only does it seem like a waste of the trope but I was rather enjoying this lighter version of Max.
+ Max drinking a milkshake he didn't care for for over twenty years was so ridiculously him. Dude. I guess another good thing to come out of this is he no longer has to drink it.
+ Alex and Maria's road trip was very sweet. I liked them opening up to each other and being honest. I liked Alex defending Michael
+ I really enjoyed Isobel and Kyle hanging out and having fun and letting their hair down. Like Isobel I would have been down for that pairing. I hope they have more scenes.
+ The sudden crazy ax-murderer who turned out to be a twin was so weird. What even was that plot? It was just really random. Maybe the government r&d thing will end up coming into play but unless one of them ends up with a crazy twin it could have been introduced better.
+ Michael suddenly showing up in the cornfield made absolutely no sense. I mean they could have explained it in a reasonable way by having her actually getting a text/call to Michael for help before they met 'Travis' and then him hearing her screaming for help in the cornfield.
+ I did love that Maria saved herself.
+ I liked that Max saving Rosa wasn't just about Liz or his relationship with Liz but also him correcting something horrible that impacted Isobel and Michael and Mr. Ortecho, and himself too, and wanting to fix it for all of them.
+ I liked Max showing concern for Cameron and noting that it wasn't like her to ghost him. I wonder how different their relationship looks with Liz cut from his memory?
