Agents of Shield 7x03 Thoughts

I have to admit that I'm pleased the show ended Peggy/Sousa as a possibility. I never really felt them as a couple and was very meh about Agent Carter ending with them getting together (and the speculation that he was her husband.) His reaction to learning she was there and him checking his hair before seeing her was sadly sweet.
I'm disappointed not to see one of my favourites [Peggy, Jarvis, Howard) but it's still really nice to see Sousa again. Him suspecting a potential infiltration of SHIELD this far back in the timeline really doesn't bode well for his fate. It's worrying.
I'm loving how the title cards are changing each episode to go with the genre/aesthetic of each decade they find themselves in. It's fun. Also loving the clothing.
I liked the Deke/Daisy scene and Deke calling Daisy on using him to commit murder and his discomfort with it. She wasn't wrong that it is a part of the job but he isn't actually an agent. I liked her acknowledging that he's changed and his desire to be better than his past.
I loved Jemma getting to play her hero and how much fun she was having doing it.
I don't buy that Jemma, massive Peggy Carter fangirl that she is, wouldn't recognise Sousa as Peggy's old partner immediately.
"Stupid white privilege." - Deke. LOL
I loved how Daisy played her meeting with Sousa. That was excellent spy stuff.
"I can explain. (punch) I'd just rather not." - Mack Ha.
I'm surprised that neither Daisy or Coulson went with May/Yo-Yo to confront the Chronicom since they are the heavy hitters of the group.
