3x06 'End of Game'

+ If there was one thing I was sure of it was that Villanelle enjoyed killing in itself. Working for other people, being ordered what to do and who to kill, not so much. So her wanting to break from the Twelve after she realises that a promotion won't give her the control she expected makes sense. Her being sloppy on a kill and desperately wanting to stop killing took me by surprise. She's clearly unravelling and deeply affected by murdering her mother but is that really enough to change her outlook on killing? Or did it force her to confront buried feelings?

+ I liked that Eve didn't fall for the set up and was suspicious immediately over the idea that it had been Villanelle. I liked that she figured out the truth so quickly.

+ I enjoyed the Eve vs Dasha bowling scene.

+ I can't believe that Nico somehow survived! How, and frankly more importantly, why? Because it seems very unlikely he could have been saved and I just don't get why they are keeping him around.

+ I have to shake my head at Eve being surprised by Nico's 'piss off forever' because I mean - fair.

3x07 'Beautiful Monster'

+ I loved how Dasha's attempted murder played out and the contrast between the Villanelle scene and the Eve scene. Villanelle attacked Dasha but then seemed disturbed and didn't finish the job and instead essentially runs away. When Eve is taunted by Dasha over Nico's attack Eve goes cold and tries to kill her. She doesn't stop herself and it's likely she would have gone through with it if the police hadn't shown up. The most interesting part for me is that when Eve begins to crush Dasha she loses that coldness and instead her expression goes fierce and wild. She was excited perhaps even enjoying it, or at least getting a lot of (righteous) satisfaction. It felt like an expression we've seen before - on Villanelle. Are Eve and Villanelle switching positions?

Eve, and the show, haven't dealt with the axe murder in last seasons finale and I hope this attempted murder maybe pushes Eve closer to actually doing so.

+ I loved Konstantin being unable to stop laughing when the nurse asked if he was under stress.

+ I liked the Villanelle/Konstantin scene. I really loved Konstantin giving her the money while confessing he doesn't want to die and Villanelle being so genuine in telling him she doesn't want him to die either.

+ Villanelle really is losing her touch by hitting Dasha once and then leaving. Did she discover after that first hit that she couldn't or didn't want to kill her? Is it the personal connection or more of her new realisation that she doesn't want to kill? Regardless I'm pretty sure not killing her is going to come around to bite Villanelle.

+ Geraldine showed up so suddenly at Kenny's funeral and got enough screen-time that I ended up wondering if she was a plant by the Twelve or had some other ulterior motive but it appears not. Too bad. That would have been far more interesting and tying her into the plot would have made how much she's been on the show work better.

+ Poor Mo, we barely knew him.

+ Villanelle's green tartan outfit was insane and I love it.
