Station 19 4x01 'Nothing Seems The Same'
+ I loved the Vic/Travis shower talk and the almost naked hug. It was very sweet and adorable and they are the best BFFs.
+ Everyone teasing Ben about being 'dad', including Andy calling him that before the eulogy, was great.
+ I liked Andy's eulogy for Pruitt.
+ I'm glad that Andy apologised for abandoning Sullivan and that he apologised for not believing her and that even though they decided to separate it was only temporarily and their feelings for each other were unchanged.
Grey's Anatomy 17x01/17x02
+ I actually really liked the cuts between present with the doctors dealing with covid and flashbacks to them dealing with everything that happened in the finale. I'm thinking the flashbacks are mostly scenes that were shot for the episodes they weren't able to finish from last season? I think it worked well to tie where they were when we left them to where they are now.
+ The Derek appearance was great! I was surprised how pleased I was to see him. It was nice.
+ It's such a big cast so of course it's hard to fit in scenes for all relationships but I wish we'd gotten more between Meredith and Richard (and Jo and Maggie).
+ I found it really weird that there wasn't one scene between Teddy and Koracick. Are they just dumping this relationship then? I have no idea where they're going with Koracick but I still just want him to find a friend. I feel really bad for Owen.
+ I loved the scene where Steve breaks down upon learning that his son died and Aaron goes over and helps him up and holds him. It was well done and emotional.
+ I liked what was done with Deluca's storyline and where he and Meredith have ended up.
+ Harriet's reaction to Vic's 'I'm not a stepmom' - the raised eyebrow sudden understanding and smile and 'Not the mama' - was so freaking adorable. Awww! But the Vic/Jackson breakup was really quick. Not invested in them so - okay then.
+ Jo mocking Jackson's date set-up was cute and I liked him being there for her as a friend, and even the failed attempt at a one-night stand worked for me. There aren't really a lot of romance options for Jackson so I guess why not Jo? I have no real opinion except that I want Jo to find happiness.
+ Perez is great. Glad he's sticking around.
+ I actually rather like Maggie's current romance.
+ Schmidt deserves so much better than Nico. Make better choices! He needs roomy Jo to kick his ass.
