+ I enjoyed Jones's unwavering confidence at the end, even when surrounded and seemingly at their mercy, and everyone's wary confusion over it. I'm guessing Michael's shared power is what's going to get them out of it but I'd love it was Michael+Isobel or Michael+Isobel+Max or even Michael+Isobel+Dallas more.
+ "Because you could never be like them." I loved Isobel reassuring Michael and her unshakable belief in him. He is so nervous about confessing to them and neither of them blinked.
+ I loved Max stepping between Isobel and Jones sword.
+ I really appreciated Isobel putting herself forward as the one who would distract Jones and neither of the guys protesting the idea or showing any reluctance at her putting herself directly in danger like that. How far they've come in their respect and trust in her!
+ The Jones/Isobel sword fight was great but since when can Isobel fight like that?
+ I loved Sanders laughing at Michael's angsty confession and the very idea that Michael could be evil like his father. It was a really nice scene and it felt appropriate for it to be him to get through to Michael. Also he's not wrong about "you ain't nothing but a pair of sad puppy dog eyes".
+ I loved Sanders calling the aliens "sky-folk". It's kind of sweet and old-timey. I like it.
+ I liked Liz trying to get the gun away from the sheriff. One of my favourite things about Liz is that she isn't an observer, she acts, she makes things happen (like escaping the room too.)
