+ The final showdown was excellent. Myung-chul really impressed me. I hope he doesn't die.
+ Hye-sung was genuinely scary.
+ I loved Hyun-ji managing to leave a message and her attacking Hye-sung and getting away.
+ I have to give Cheon-sang and In-rang so much credit for the fact that they were planning on following the now known murderer and kidnapper, and all around terrifying person, Hye-sung. It was super brave of them. I loved Cheon-sang immediately declaring that they'd stay with Bong-pal (In-rang's smile was hilariously a lot more hesitant.)
But I also loved them taking one look at the creepy abandoned subway and deciding that actually they should go up and wait for the police. Heh.
+ In-rang saving the day with his knowledge twice this episode was great.
+ I was very pleased that Bong-pal immediately told the police about the garage incident. Sighing when they went to the warehouse themselves but then they did call the police so okay. But then was left going 'really?' when they got to the subway before the police. I do appreciate that with every step they did keep the police in the loop.
+ I liked the reveal that it was Bong-pal's mother who created the talisman weapons.
+ Poor little Hye-sung. He got a really raw deal. After these latest flashbacks I feel even more sorry for him. He was a kid who wanted to protect/save his mother, only to be immediately rejected and abandoned by her. Ouch. I found it really interesting that he did seem like a normal kid after his father's murder. His mother blamed herself for how things turned out - and Myung-chul didn't reassure her it wasn't. Could Hye-sung have been saved if she'd embraced her son instead of rejecting him? Considering how hard a time they had getting it out of Bong-pal you wouldn't think so?
