+ Ack, Zishu and Kexing's confrontation in the rain over Zishu's illness was painful and amazing. I loved Kexing "Zhou Zishu!" - the first time he's said Zishu's true name to him and it packed a punch. Kexing begging that Zishu has to stay alive and he will find a way to recover his martial arts. Zishu trying to convince him that they can live happily for the two years he has and Kexing getting caught up (understandably) in his grief ["It's too late to save who I want to save." and Zishu (understandably) getting angry that Kexing is centring his own emotions when it's Zishu who is dying. Delicious, delicious angst.
+ Poor Kexing. This was a tough episode for him. (I loved it.) All his reactions to learning to extent of Zishu's illness were great as expected. His dramatic angsting session in the rain was unexpected but so good.
+ Aww, Kexing saying 'I'm willing to kneel for three months to save him'.
+ Poor Zishu - his expression when he thought he could get ten more years only for that hope to be yanked away.
+ "What a coincidence, I love fighting against Fate." Okay I love Baiyi.
+ "It's both clever and cruel" - aww, Baiyi is impressed with Zishu's murder method.
+ Poor Xiang. I felt so sad for her when she went to her Master for help/direction/comfort and only got self-absorbed grief and wallowing. Also poor Hong Lu, I knew it wasn't going to end well.
