I enjoyed it. It was fun.
+ It was great at the set up and pay off.
+ The characters were fun. I loved Tangerine and Lemon. Maria was mostly just a voice but I was delighted by how she was with Ladybug. She was almost my favourite character and I'd totally be up for her handling Ladybug through another nonsense mission gone wrong. I enjoyed Ladybug himself and his hapless but competent stumbling through the unexpected hyjinks. It's always awesome to see Hiroyuki Sanada in a movie and he gave The Elder a lot of presence.
+ I knew Lemon wasn't dead so when Tangerine was killed I was so sad. He died thinking Lemon was dead and then Lemon was left alone. The end with Lemon coming upon a tangerine truck and using it to kill The Prince was great.
+ I loved the show not tell of The Prince being exactly like her father with co-opting his over the top plan for revenge with her own over the top plan to assassinate him. I was impressed with her.
+ The cameos were all fun. Ryan Reynolds as Carver was honestly perfect. I'm personally choosing to believe that he somehow caught on to the White Death's revenge plan and noped out but didn't bother to tell anyone what was going on because he's just that type of asshole.
+ There was far far far too much 'wife is killed, husband is on a revenge kick'. It was used for three different characters including as the basis for the entire plot. Yeesh. Pick a new motivation please. Mix it up a little.
+ Little moments/things I enjoyed: The White Death minions arguing over opening the briefcase. The Prince's reaction to Ladybug and the snake. The Elder having protection on his grandson.
