"I’m going to protect you and Moo-young in my own way. Even if we end up in shards." Yeah, skewing the two of them with your huge ass sword to stop them fighting, like a pointy bloody get-along shirt, is maybe a little extreme. Yeesh.
Overall I just really liked the relationships between Yeon/Hong-ju/Moo-young and how the this storyline is playing out. Them hanging out together was nice. Moo-young's expression while Hong-ju and Yeon bickered over the popcorn amused me. I liked Moo-young covering Hong-ju with his coat so she won’t get even a little wet then Yeon coming in and making them all get covered even if they all get a little wet.
Yeon stating he doesn't regret killing Moo-young's brother makes me think the brother was actually evil or planning to do something terrible to Moo-young (like sacrifice him so he could be a god) and Yeon killed him to stop him and then has been keeping it a secret to protect Moo-young's feelings. Which, just. I guess I get the impulse but also Yeon no. Just no.
I really liked Rang's concern for Yeon and him getting Yeon to tie the string around his finger.
I liked Eun-ho teaching the ginsaengs math.
Hyunuiong is a delight. He's such a good guy.
I really liked Yeon sending Shin-joo to tell Taluipa what was happening because he thought she might worry. That's sweet.
I hadn’t thought of this but four gods? We only ever see the three of them together in flashbacks so who is the fourth god?
