I loved Cassie and Jennifer's unexpected bonding road trip. Thus far they haven't really had much of a relationship and what was there was antagonistic. The show deciding to change that was great. I loved Cassie slowly beginning to sympathise with Jennifer (starting with Jennifer's fear over being crazy again) but still resolute in getting the needed information but then the revelations about her mother and childhood shifting Cassie's opinion so far that she couldn't bring herself to kill Jennifer even to keep her out of the hands of the Tall Man. I loved their concern for each other. I hope this leads to a bunch more interactions between them.
I loved Jennifer's reactions when Cassie turned the gun on her - worried/afraid she was about to be shot, then defiant and mocking at the Tall Man, sure that she was safe, and then finally genuinely surprised when Cassie put the gun down.
Aw, Jennifer returning to the hotel, hoping to run into Cole was sadly sweet.
Taking the opportunity to get rid of Olivia was a good choice but Cassie having Jennifer be the one to kill her felt wrong. Has Jennifer ever killed any one? It was a whole thing that Cole convinced her that she didn't have to kill people.
Honestly surprised that Olivia was taken out so quickly. Granted she wasn't killed so I'm sure she will be back. But seriously - do they not have security in that building? Where were Olivia's minions? Why would she even go looking for Jennifer herself, following a very obvious decoy?
The whole Cole/Ramse trying to get Deacon murdered situation was a bit wow. Although I guess he literally did almost the same thing to Ramse so: even? Deacon certainly seems to think so and weirdly I actually believe him. He seemed pretty impressed with their guts. If I was them I wouldn't trust it but I buy it. Plus: they inadvertently helped him get revenge on his brother's murderer which has to give them some points.
Cole telling Cassie that he'd 'tell her when we get back' yikes really? She is going to take that very badly! Is he thinking he has to preemptively tell her before Deacon can? Either way I don't see this going well.
