The Big Bang Theory 6x04 was good. The Penny/Amy vs Sheldon/Leonard stuff was excellent. Very funny. Loved Penny pining Sheldon and then her and Amy kissing his face. Everyone's expressions at Sheldon's attempts at Pictionary were funny. Also I loved Amy's disappointed face when Sheldon nixed having a wet t-shirt contest. Howard continues to be the weak link for me this season though this was the most I've enjoyed him. The scene between him, Raj and Stuart was fun. I'm glad that Stuart and Raj are roommates now because I'm enjoying their friendship.
Elementary
1x01 I really enjoyed it. I loved both Watson and Sherlock and the relationship between them was so great.
- I loved that Watson walked out on Sherlock and that Sherlock actually apologised to her. I really love that she won't just take his crap. I liked how Watson ordered Sherlock to leave (when interrogating the survivor) - and he did. Then she got the information and he later admits she got it faster than he would have.
- I liked how they're both kind of at their lowest point right now and a little bit broken (and that they'll probably end up helping each other to get better). I like how they slowly come to respect each other.
- I like that Sherlock seems to care about more than just the mystery of the case.
- I am still grumpy that they changed Watson's background. I see no reason for that to have been done except because Watson's now a woman and it really irritates me. There was no need to change it. However, Watson is awesome so I'm sure I'll get over it.
1x02 was also good. The cases are meh but I continue to love Watson, Sherlock and their relationship. They are what makes this show so enjoyable to watch.
- I love the way she doesn't put up with his crap. The tack during the meeting was great.
- I loved her sending him out of the room at the station (and that he went).
- The scene with the investigator where Sherlock threatens him and then immediately after sincerely offers him a recommendation to Sherlock's rehab facility was great.
- I wonder if Irene had something to do with Sherlock's downward spiral in London?
- Since I read about Watson's gender change I've wondered what the show was planning to do with the character Mary Morstan. Gender change? Ignore the character? I've been hoping they'd keep her, and her relationship with Watson, exactly as it was. The introduction of Joan's ex-boyfriend doesn't necessarily mean there will be no Mary and I'm holding out hope for a bisexual Joan Watson.
