Time of Death

Eh, it was okay.

• Derek and Braeden were delightful. My favourite part of the episode. They're adorable together. I loved: the way he turned his back to her when she was questioning him about his wound; his response regarding his dislike of guns; Braeden's determination to teach Derek how to defend himself; his embarrassment when she got the gun from him the first time and the fact that he kept trying; his form of distraction, I love that kiss (so sexy) and him repeating back her own words; and him picking her up and putting her on the table. Also they are really hot together.

• That plan seemed really dumb to me. It was not a good plan.

• I really enjoyed seeing Melissa and Noshiko together. I would love an episode of just the parents hanging out/working together.

• I liked Rafael confronting Scott about how well the kids handle the crazy stuff that happens, which is something that he should notice, and that he wants to know what's going on. I'm not a big fan of him but I like how he handled that.

• So very glad that Noshiko survived. I was really afraid she was going to be killed off.

• The opening Stiles/Malia scene was both cute and sad. I kind of love that for all his grumbling to Scott about being the little spoon it was actually exactly what he wanted. Also while I felt bad for him when he woke up but I'm glad that she's not forgiving him yet.

• I liked the Malia/Peter scenes. There was a really nice tension between them and I can actually see a resemblance there. Now if only we can get a Malia/Derek scene or two. Is that too much to ask?

• I loved everyone working together. Well, minus the Hale's. As usual. Why the hell wasn't Derek involved with the Scott plan? Hell, Braeden would be very helpful. And it's not like Scott knows about Derek's fading power. It makes no sense and drives me crazy. Also where the heck was the Sheriff?

• I really liked seeing Natalie Martin again. I like her relationship with Lydia a lot and I'm hoping that this means she's going to learn the truth. At the very least the truth about Lydia.

• The start of Scott's dreams reminded me of Allison's at the beginning of 3B. I wonder if that means anything? I do feel like the show is leading up to Scott killing someone - between the content of his dreams and his discussion with his dad about killing at the beginning it seems pretty likely.

• I liked that little moment between Stiles and Liam while they were going over the plan. Liam says he's not scared, Stiles tells him he's one of the borderline idiotic then and then we get Stiles giving Liam a wink and squeezing his shoulder, and Liam looking down and smiling slightly.

• Still no mention of Lydia picking out Derek as the next to die? Seriously?

• Why the hell wouldn't Kira stay with Scott? She's the only one who can bring him back to life and there is a time limit. If anything happened to her, if she was even delayed it would result in Scott's death.
