• Wow. I did not see Regina knowing the truth coming. She knew for years! I like Regina but this has made me look at her differently. I can think of reasons why she chose to keep it a secret – she was in a bad place back then (with her drinking, Daphne almost taken away) and was afraid that if she did reveal the truth the well-off/problem free Kennish’s could get custody of both girls - that's believable. But still. And then for her to move into the Kennish home having kept this secret! That may actually be the worst part (if my theory about why she kept it a secret is true). ... Perhaps this was her trying to make it up to them? Moving in so that they could get to know Daphne and be a part of her life? I wish that we could get a scene of her talking to Melody or Adrianna about the situation so we could get her point of view on things.
• I actually do like that Regina kept tabs on Bay since she found out the truth because it feels like proof that she does love Bay and is interested in her which is something we haven’t seen much of. She’s been very hands off with Bay and beside the Kennish’s aggressiveness in getting to know Daphne it’s put her in a bit of a bad light (or well, at least until she explained her feelings.)
• Kathryn called Regina her friend! And tried to protect her! It sucks that it's all going to go down the drain when the truth comes out.
• It also sucks for Daphne and especially Bay. A betrayal for both of them with an added rejection for Bay (on top of how distant Regina is with her I wouldn't blame Bay for feeling that way.) I hope they turn to each other for comfort.
• Emmett’s “He will love you” to Bay was really sweet but then all I could think about was how he abandoned Daphne and the intersection between the two – abandoning Daphne/loving Bay – really rubbed me the wrong way. The following scene between him and Daphne did make me feel a bit better about it – he knows how it’s bothered her and he wants to help her too – but something about it still bothers me. Oh, and Bay wondering if he is a jackass – well, he abandoned his wife and two year old so I’ll say yes.
• I loved the scene between the girls at the club. It was my favourite scene of the episode. I loved Emmett signing to get them in, that Bay got Daphne to approach their 'dad' first, Daphne saying "our mother" and just their entire talk with him. I could see the beginning of a future where they identify as sisters which is something I would love. I also liked that when Bay confronted Toby she brought Daphne with her.
• Emmett/Bay make me go hmm. I don’t ship them but I find them sweet. The dancing was cute and really all their interactions were adorable.
• I was not pleased with Emmett for lying to Daphne’s face.
• If Daphne doesn’t tell Bay ‘no’ to dating Emmett I’m not going to be pleased. There is being a sweet and considerate person and then there is being too saint-like. Especially after she broke up with Liam for Bay.
• I love how much Bay is picking up on sign. She is by far the best in the family. Kathryn is at least trying - and the exchange between her and Daphne in the kitchen was cute - but what about the guys? Why aren't they trying to learn? Especially John.
• I liked Toby deciding on his own to confess but I can’t believe that his parents were just going to allow him to get away with it. They were really fine with him letting someone else take all the blame?
