The Good Place

I did find myself a bit disappointed that they haven't done anything with Eleanor's implied bisexualness from season one. It would have been super easy to throw some female demons into the soulmate introduction montage. Hell, Eleanor was into Real!Eleanor so throwing Vicky in as her soulmate would have been really interesting. I love that they did make Tahani Eleanor's soulmate at least once, and wish we could have seen some of it, but it's weird that she wasn't made a soulmate option earlier or more often. They'd be great at inadvertently torturing each other! I hope they get some more focus as the season goes on.

+ I loved the sequence of Michael rebooting Janet. Hilarious.

+ The team-up with Michael was expected but it was still awesome and I loved the twist that Michael is going to take ethics lessons with the rest of them. Yay, Team Cockroach!

+ I was not expecting the sex tape but I love that Eleanor knows about it and Chidi doesn't and how this could change their dynamic on her part. She's trying to ignore the fact that she was in love with him at one point but she can't. I loved the reveal that he never once, in 801 times, refused to help her. Aw, Chidi.

+ I love that Eleanor was going to take a train full of cocaine with her when she was planning to escape to live with Mindy. That was sweet of her. I wonder if, like with Janet gaining awareness with every reboot, the humans also subconsciously keep some of their character growth from all their reboots?

+ I like how they dealt with Meredith and her emotions. I really loved that the reason why she was mad was not because Riggs chose Megan but because he didn't fight for Megan enough after getting her back and that it felt like a slap in the face to Meredith after he got the one thing she wanted most in the world.

+ I really liked the Amelia/Maggie scene. Amelia's confession that she couldn't bear to tell Meredith herself because "she's been telling me I was crazy for years and this kind of makes her right" was honestly a little heartbreaking. I felt so bad for her this episode.

+ I loved the end and Meredith climbing into bed with Amelia and holding her, all without words.

+ The Richard/Amelia scenes were really nice. Him bringing up his brain tumour and her reaction was funny and their last scene was lovely and sweet.

+ DeLuca attempting to tell Maggie about Amelia was fun.

+ The Alex/Zola high five was adorable and I'm sad that Alex is moving out.
