Grey's Anatomy 15x23 'What I Did For Love'

+ I'm pleased that Owen took back what he said to Amelia about her being unable to love and apologised because it was cruel and hurt her a lot but I do not want them back together. I think she's definitely better off moving on from him. But I also don't want him to pick Teddy because Teddy/Koracick are adorable and I don't want him messing that up. Just... love yourself Owen! If only he could be alone and work on his issues for awhile and then find a new love interest.

+ Okay, Teddy/Koracick are honestly my favourite pairing on the show right now. I'm not invested but I find them super adorable. I loved him working out what she wanted and then renting the perfect apartment for her. They're really cute and fun together, and add this little burst of lightness to the show.

+ Amelia completely shutting Owen down was great.

+ I loved the little bits of Alex/Meredith - him backing her up when she ordered the surgery even though he knew she had no plan, and his amusement when he learned what plan she came up with.

+ The Alex/Bailey scene was great. I loved her silently giving him the cup to break and the fact that he didn't take it. Lovely little moment.

+ I was a little annoyed with Jo in the last episode but I really felt for her in this one.

+ Meredith committing insurance fraud was pretty dumb even if her making a reckless choice to save a life is in character. She partially owns the hospital, did she even look into doing it pro-bono? She's rich - couldn't she have payed for that initial surgery herself? I feel like there was a better choice here. Either this isn't going anywhere in which case I wish they'd done something else or this is going for the drama of Meredith getting caught and the fall-out in which case meh.

Station 19 2x15 'Always Ready'

Well, that was heart-breaking but also great episode.

+ Of course as soon as I started really getting into Vic/Ripley and shipping them they killed him off. Boo! I knew as soon as Maggie filled them in and we started getting happy flashbacks he was a gonner. So yeah, I was super sad when he died, completely surprising myself by how much. There were a lot of tears. This episode showed how great they were together. The flashbacks were lovely. Their goodbye was really moving and beautifully done. Vic’s actress played the hell out of that scene. I loved everything about it. Definitely a showcase in how great Grey’s is at moving deaths.

+ I really loved Travis helping Vic physically make that final walk to Ripley’s hospital room, holding her hand, supporting her, his heart clearly breaking for her. I like that Andi gave him the radio to give Vic the news about Ripley. I’ve grown to love their friendship so much. Theirs is one of my favourite relationships on the show.

+ I loved all of Station 19 climbing onto the fire-engine to lie down with Vic in support. Beautiful moment.

+ I loved Andi taking Vic to a closet to scream out her fear and pain just like Meredith did for her.

+ I loved that little moment between Andi and Sullivan with her taking his hand and giving him support.

+ My one issue was that Jennifer wasn’t in the room when Ripley died. He basically raised her, they were super close, he was her only family. I don’t care if they’d already had their goodbyes. She should have been there when he died. They could have had her come in at the end of Ripley/Vic’s goodbye, taken his other hand and said her goodbye again. Everything could have played out the same. It really bothered me that she wasn’t there.
