Agents of SHIELD 6x01 and 6x02 Thoughts

iaria6x01 'Missing Pieces'
+ I loved the May/Yo Yo talk and May telling her it was okay for her to move on from Mack and be with someone else. It was sweet.
+ I like Piper and Davis's friendship a lot. I like that they stuck with Jemma and Daisy. They were one of my favourite parts of the episode.
+ Mack so far seems to be doing pretty well as Director. I like that he's actually rebuilding SHIELD as an institution, complete with a new SHIELD academy. Does this mean that SHIELD's legal and recognised? I like how he is with his agents. I also like that he continues to listen to Coulson's recordings.
+ I want to know more about the wormhole generator tech they're using. It's very cool.
+ It's too bad that the show has diverged from the movies but I understand why. I guess this SHIELD is from one of those other realities that diverged from the Prime timeline? Perhaps the 2014 timeline where Thanos, his entire army and his children all mysteriously vanished.
6x02 'Window of Opportunity'
+ May kicking all their asses was great and I loved that she knew to go back to the shipping yard. But it makes no sense to me that she went alone. She should have taken Yo Yo with her at the very least.
+ So 'Sarge'... a clone? I feel like clone is the best bet. I'd wondered if they could be from a different reality but it doesn't seem so, and he's not an LMD. I'm curious where they're going with the character.
+ Sarge's reaction to Dana's escape felt very Coulson-esque and amused me.
+ I like Benson.
+ I'd wondered why Agent Fox didn't say 'Coulson' at the end of the last episode because it felt weird that he's say 'you're from SHIELD' instead but now it makes sense, so May can have that moment with him, and he can have a moment of recognition.
