Fantastic Episodes 14 & 15 Thoughts

The So-hye and 'Joon-ki' talk was so sadly sweet and exactly what I wanted as a goodbye for them. I just wish it had been real. "You were my hope." I loved the album Joon-ki left for her - taking care of her as always.
I loved Hae-sung going to Joon-ki's bedside to confide in him his fears about So-hye and breaking down. "If you leave who will I talk to about this? What will I do if So-hye leaves?" And then he straightened Joon-ki's blanket before he left :(
I liked how So-hye headbutting Jin-suk was brought back to her conversation with Joon-ki where they agreed that they wished they had taken the chance delirium had given them to hit a person they disliked.
Awww, Sul declaring she's going to be brave like So-hye.
Sul and Sang-wook were very cute. I loved their coffee meeting with them trying to hide that they kept looking at each other.
Loved Sul telling her mother-in-law to teach her own kids manners. That was great and I loved her deciding to sue them. Drag them threw the mud!
The dream definitely felt like Joon-ki saying goodbye, as I'm sure it was meant to, which was nice. 'Achieving your goals' just like Joon-ki managed in the end.
I wish we'd seen more of Jamie over the series so we could have known her and her relationship with her brother better. That little moment of bitterness that her brother didn't bother to even leave her a note but left tons in So-hye's file made me feel for her. (I hope he did.) I also wish she and So-hye knew each other better. Small nitpick but I wish Jamie's reaction to finding her brother had been less helpless shaking him while crying and had more of her being a doctor (with the crying.)
I found myself thinking about the drama director and crew and what they would think if they knew the drama that was happening behind the scenes.
Episode 15
Aww, Joon-ki giving them a trip to Bolivia as a wedding gift. [Did Hae-sung tell him about the wedding?] I'm waiting for it to be revealed that he made good on his idea to give Hae-sung money for Hitman. Maybe the next episode will reveal that and it'll be how they save the drama?
Aww, Hae-sung pouring a glass for Joon-ki at his bachelor party.
Aww, I loved the three of them taking the same photo as when they were teens. I loved them affirming that this time they wouldn't allow themselves to drift apart.
The wedding was very sweet. I love that So-hye saw Joon-ki. I loved Sang-wook catching the bouqet. The pictures were fun.
I loved Hae-sung's grandmother giving So-hye advice, if a little harshly, on how to make seawood soup and it turning out well. I like that grandmother was generous with her praise afterwards and that she clearly really liked So-hye. Her waving goodbye in the elevator was adorable. I need a scene now of So-hye and Sul visiting her and Sul's mother together.
Seeing his grandmother made me remember So-hye's family. She brought them up a bunch of episodes ago as a reason not to get married yet but then not only gets married without telling them but publishes her blog about her cancer without even giving them a heads up first! WTH? That was definitely a dropped ball there which is surprising because I don't feel like this drama has had all that many of them. I didn't really notice their absence in the show but in retrospect I wish we'd seen more of her sister at least.
Getting the mother diagnosed with Alzheimer's and the multiple accounts was actually pretty clever. I'm assuming that was Jin-suk's idea because Jin-tae is an idiot and the mother does not seem that sneaky.
I love that Sul made had a backup plan by taking pictures and a video of the family's hidden assets.
So-hye's drama Hitman about a hitman being described as being about a 'heroic character' made me laugh a little. He's clearly supposed to be a good guy and the hero but the way it was talked about seemed a bit much.
