Okay episode. I think it being the penultimate episode left me feeling more disappointed than if it had been just a random episode. There's only one more episode left! :(
+ I really liked the Dutch/Aneela reunion.
+ "Papa always fights for his family. For his home. And we have to do the same." Hmm. She was so intense when she said this. I think she is going to be completely understanding when she sees Khlyen next. Even Dutch who was angry and disappointed when they caught Khlyen was completely different when she saw him in his cell. She said "Got you. I think I'm pretty good." with such softness and then that smile, and there was none of that anger from before nor did I see any gloating.
+ I really hope this doesn't mean that Khlyen is going to die in some redemption=death way to protect his family. Is it too much to hope for him and Yalena to be reunited and retire on Qresh?
+ I loved Khlyen's reaction to learning Dutch was alive and his pride at seeing the chaos she'd created at the warehouse.
+ I loved Dutch teasing Johnny about liking Renika. They were really cute.
+ "This will fly to it like Dutch to an emotionally unavailable father figure." LOL. I mean he's also not wrong, see: the final Dutch/Khlyen scene.
+ The Delle Seyah/D'Avin scene was nice.
+ "Sorry Grumplestiltskin." - Johnny to Turin. Heh. I really enjoyed the return of their snarkiness at each other.
+ "I don't need luck Jaqobis. I have breeding. And knives." So happy to have Delle Seyah finally back in the plot (even if it is at the last possible minute). I appreciate how the show has softened her a little but still kept her very much herself. I loved her amusement when the siblings propositioned D'Avin.
+ I really appreciate that Renika made sure that the prisoners were informed of exact what they'd have to do on their mission
+ Only a little Fancy but I loved him comforting Gared (!) and saying "I turned against the people I cared about too." Awww! I was totally with grinning Gared right then. Fancy saying he cared about them was the best. Also: new random bit of Fancy information - he knows about fishing.
+ I'm glad that Johnny's dislike of Delle Seyah is still very much there. She may be family now but that doesn't mean he has to like or forgive her.
+ How did Gared almost get them killed? Yeah, spying for Khlyen wasn't the best but what harm did it cause? I guess it led to Khlyen worrying so much that he took the armada to the prison ship to get Dutch but the Lady already knew they were there so...?
+ Poor Gared, did he know he was a dupe? I feel like the answer is no and I feel a little bad for him. He means well!
+ Turin really could have tried better to keep that guy from leaving the bar. At the very least he could have told him there were giant aliens that eat people out there.
+ Are the factory soldiers they were killing really 'assholes'/bad guys who chose to work for the Lady or were they brainwashed too? Because if it's the latter the fun Team Awesome Force was having mowing them down because a little less fun.
