iariaIt was okay. I liked it more by the end than I did the first half.
+ The idea of H having been neuralized and that's why he's so different was a good one but a) it wasn't explored enough and b) the H we meet at first isn't a good agent and wasn't that likeable or fun to watch (which - it's Hemsworth, the hell?) and seemed a little dumb which negatively affected my enjoyment of the movie. And makes me wonder a bit about making him head of the London branch. Regardless of everything he's still the same person he's been for the last three years which is definitely not someone you want running MIB!
+ I liked M. Her searching out the MIB and sneaking her way in and basically making herself into an agent was great. I really liked that her empathy and kindness was her greatest strength and kept saving the day [Vungus giving her the weapon, Luka, Pawny, even O giving her a chance].
+ I loved Pawny. He was fun. I enjoyed the desert back-and-forth between the three of them. I loved his devotion to M and that it saves her (and the day) in the end.
+ I loved the Dyads - such a stunning look.
+ M's reunion with Luka the Tarantian she helped as a kid was great.
+ I liked the little moment where H gets through to High T was just a second but long enough to save the day.
+ I didn't like the whole Riza as H's ex thing.
