I loved it.
+ The concept of telling a story via technology only (chats/internet/phones/news reports) was really well done and actually made the mystery work even better.
+ It was a great tense mystery that I got invested in.
+ The beginning telling the story of the family and Pam’s death was moving.
+ John Cho was excellent. Debra Messing was really great as well.
+ I was so relieved when Margot was found alive at the end.
+ The Vick reveal surprised me but looking back was set up well. The scene where she tells him it wasn’t his fault in retrospect has so much more meaning. Her covering up for her son – to the extent that she murdered someone! – made everything so much worse than it would have been.
+ The only issue I had was to wonder why no one put together Vick’s connection with the convict sooner. They were standing beside each other in a photo in a news article. Why did none of the other detectives or convicts or people who worked for the volunteer program notice it before him?
