Dead to Me Thoughts

Them letting Charlie get away with the drugs with only a suspension because of his father was not a good choice, but letting him off for stealing his grandmother’s gun and walking around for days with it loaded and safety off in his backpack was so bad. Therapy with Paster Wayne really does not seem enough under those circumstances!
I thought Judy was bringing Nick into the situation as a self-destructive attempt to be caught but then it definitely came off far more like she was using him to reassure herself that she wouldn’t be caught.

The Abe/Jen scene was sweet. I want more Abe in this story.
It’s interesting to see how much Jen has come to rely on Judy and that without her to lean on she spirals hard. Her indirect confession that she loved Judy with “last time someone I loved...” made me aww.
I think the show has done a good job showing why Judy is hung up on Steve and the good points in their relationship while also highlighting the ways they’re terrible and he, per his words, is a jackoff that she’s better off moving on from.
You’d think as a lawyer Steve would have considered the paper trail on the car would still lead to him even if he didn’t have the physical car.

Poor Nick. He is a good guy.
Not telling Steve about TKG Arts was pretty dumb on a self-protection angle even if she's hurt and furious.
"You won’t be a single mom, you have me." Awww. 'Mothering team' and the hand-holding, and Jen being there for Judy all episode. I loved it.
