Prosecutor Princess Episode 10 Thoughts
Aug. 25th, 2011 03:03 pm- “I don’t want to bring her pain. I don’t want to love her. I just want to disappear from her life.” – In Woo. But of course he continues his plan anyway. Still I loved this scene. I loved that he went home because Hye Ri gets scared at night. I love the way that he looks at her.
- We’re finally getting jealous Hye Ri and I love it. She still doesn’t understand what she feels but that’s unmistakably what it is.
- I love that Hye Ri’s first instinct upon realising that she had nailed the murderous husband was to immediately call In Woo. She later justifies it to him as Se Joon being with his daughter but I really don’t think calling Se Joon crossed her mind.
- I love how considerate Hye Ri tried to be of In Woo – trying to help him home, getting worried when he didn’t answer the phone and going to see if he was sick and needed her to get him medicine, planning on changing restaurants for her celebratory lunch because the first one didn’t have soup which a hung-over In Woo would need...
- I love Jung Sun. I loved her comforting Hye Ri and then instigating a housewarming party so that she wouldn’t be alone. Her smile at Hye Ri during the meeting was lovely and sincere. She is such a nice person. I also loved her deciding to stop carpooling with Se Joon for her own good and his. She believes he wants to be with Hye Ri and as she told him “As long as you’re happy that’s enough.” but that does mean she has to move on and I’m pleased that she’s taking steps towards doing that. Now I actually want Jung Sun/Se Joon to end up together but I found everything she did in this episode wonderful.
- I loved Hye Ri and Jung Sun both trying to send Se Joon with their romantic rival. Oh, girls.
- The dinner scene was both fun and awkward. I loved Jung Sun drinking the entire glass of wine and everyone’s reactions to it. Are we supposed to think that the Chief is gay?
- The Hye Ri/Se Joon exercise ‘date’ was between amusing and embarrassing. I do love seeing Se Joon being all awkward and uncertain around Hye Ri for a change. It was nice to see him being ridiculous for a change. And their smiles at the end were adorable.
- Ae Ja wanting to know if In Woo was at Hye Ri’s even though it was so late surprised me. I can’t blame her if she thinks Hye Ri’s dating him but would she really be okay with them sleeping together?
- This is probably meaningless but I noticed when drunk In Woo grabbed Hye Ri’s arm he grabbed the opposite one that Se Joon grabbed.
