Agents of Shield 7x10 & 7x11 Thoughts

iaria7x10 'Stolen'
+ Jiaying dying was total bullshit. Her power is regeneration/healing! Why would a broken neck be so immediately fatal? I'm mad.
+ I did like the Daisy/Jiaying scenes particularly the one where she learned the truth. I loved her fighting to protect Daisy. I am so disappointed that we won't get to see them build a relationship.
+ I'm very meh on Kora at this point.
+ I liked the Jemma/Deke scene, the fact that she went to him with her worry was nice to see and I liked him trying to reassure her it would be okay.
+ Sousa continues to be great. Him pushing Daisy to talk to her mom and then pushing along their conversation was really sweet.
+ I loved Sousa's 'the timeline is screwed' - thank you! So screwed at this point they are actively not in the same timeline! Stop worrying about it already! Ye, gods.
+ How did Nathaniel recover so quickly from being drained by Jaiying? You'd think that would have some lasting effects.
+ I have to tsk tsk at Nathaniel for having Kora kill Lee when they surely could have gotten at least one more person his powers before he died. Killing him was just wasteful.
7x11 'Brand New Day'
+ "I already have a sister to save. Her name is Jemma Simmons." Awww! That was super sweet.
+ The Mack/Daisy talk was really nice. I loved his intentions talk with Sousa. Especially his response when Sousa denied having any: "Well you better get some!" LOL. Them laughing over her superhero name was cute. The subsequent Sousa/Daisy scene with him teasing her about the name Quake and them flirting while Mack laughs to himself was adorable.
+ I love that even after being tortured, and even with Jemma being tortured, Deke still kept his promise and didn't say a word about Diana.
+ I liked that Daisy wasn't manipulated by Kora even for a second. I loved her responding to Kora being sorry she didn't get the childhood she wanted with "I'm sorry you threw it away."
+ I was happy that Coulson pointed out that they'd seen a version of Grant that went well and that he only needed the right guiding force, not to be cut down as a kid. I'm sad we're probably not getting a final cameo from him.
+ Them being surprised when Kora pointed out that their timeline is 'long gone' and then later being slightly tempted by her saying she could push the stream back to their timelines made me sigh so hard. NO! That ship has sailed! Gone. Done.
