¡Diablo!

I loved Lucifer and Chloe immediately grabbing each others hands after they were reunited.

Lucifer was mad about the wrong thing. He should have been mad that Chloe learned the truth from someone else not that she learned the truth at all. That's something she deserved to know and something that needed to come out if they are going to have a honest relationship.

I loved the Lucifer/Maze fight. (Especially in contrast to Maze/Michael.)

I got both sides of Lucifer/Maze argument. Her feeling hurt he left her behind without a word makes sense. He was really inconsiderate to not even talk to her. But his point that she isn't his servant anymore and could have asked Amenadiel to return her home whenever she wanted was true. He should have told her he was leaving but then it was a fairly sudden decision. I was surprised that he didn't bring up Eve as part of his reasoning because why would he ask her to return to hell when she's happy on Earth?

Linda/Maze were great. I loved their talk. I loved Maze opening up. I loved that Maze did notice Linda's repeated mentions of going to hell and asked her about it. I loved Maze's confusion about human ages and lifespans and Linda's amusement over it.

I can't help but wonder if the show might go with Linda/Maze after all. Linda/Amenadiel are clearly not a couple, Maze and Eve broke up off screen, Linda promised to never abandon Maze, they were both really into their TV counterparts making out. I want to believe.

When Maze mentioned the people who abandoned her I was really surprised she didn't bring up her mother. That's what it felt like this was leading to, especially with Linda's current angst about motherhood. I can't believe that they're still not doing anything with this.

I was really disappointed with Lucifer/Dan at first and deeply annoyed with Lucifer's attitude towards Dan. But then Dan, showing remarkable patience, opened up and actually got to Lucifer. I loved Lucifer asking for a bracelet and Dan teasing him over it. Them actually going off to act out the script together was delightful and fun and I really hope this portends the future direction their relationship is going. I just want them to be friends-ish again.

Lucifer and Michael's fight came off as a stupid hair-pulling slap fight, especially considering they're immortal angels, and it amused me.

Amenadiel's helpless reaction to being left in charge of hell was great.

Michael being Lucifer's identical twin except that he's slightly hunchbacked/'slope-shouldered' and also a manipulative evil dick has some bad optics. I get that they added the disability to help differentiate between the characters but I think that was the wrong move. I didn't like how in the first scene Lucifer added that little shrug of his shoulder in his description of Michael being a 'weaselly coward', like it was a part of it, of what made him a dick. I'm sure that's not how it was meant but it's how it came off.

I really hope that Michael's confession of manipulating all of Lucifer's choices was in itself a manipulative lie. I don't like the idea that he was behind it all. It feels kind of cheap.

I thought Lucifer killed Michael but he apparently only cut up/scarred his face? How is that dealing with him? Nothing about that makes him less of a threat!

I'm really worried about the secret kept from Maze.
