Wynonna Earp 4x04 Thoughts

iaria+ So happy to have Jeremy back. He and Wynonna were a delight. I loved her frantic hug, their exchange after they first got alone time was super cute, I liked that once suited up Wynonna's first question was if he needed help saving Robin, I loved their casual "I love yous", and Wynonna teasing him about the gun button was great.
+ Waverly's little 'yay research' was adorable.
+ Interesting that this episode gave us Wynonna deciding to be honest and in return getting back Jeremy while at the same time Nicole secretly goes to Mam to try and null their deal, having told no one else about it, and ended up getting maybe possessed. Honesty is the best policy?
+ Letting Rachel storm out seems like a dumb thing to do. Angry, guilty and scared teenager who desperately wants to save her almost-boyfriend and is used to dealing with problems on her own? I would be shocked if she doesn't try and save him on her own.
+ I liked that Doc was so pissed about Wynonna working for BBD because of what they did to Dolls.
+ It seemed to me based on what Billy said that he was trading his life for 'Rachel's' which would indicate that there was some urgency in helping him. But instead Wynonna pushed for them to get Jeremy back from the BBD. Where he is in no danger. Yes, they could probably use his help but it felt less like it was for that reason and more just Wynonna wanting all of her family back. Like they could probably call him? Maybe concentrate on saving the boy who saved your life?
+ I loved Rachel walking in on Waverly and Nicole's post-coital cuddling in the kitchen. Cute.
+ After all that build up Jeremy's Big Gun, and it's scary and mysterious button of doom, being taken out so easily and before Wynonna could use it was a disappointment. Also it made me facepalm at Wynonna. Wouldn't it have been scarier if she had used it and it didn't work?
+ The only problem with introducing the Clantons this season is that I'm left wondering where the hell they were for the previous three seasons and where they were during the sisters childhood?
