Roswell New Mexico 3x04 Thoughts

+ D: I knew it was going to be Kyle. I'm holding out hope that Max got there in time. Maria and Isobel's journey to decode the vision and sending Max to find Kyle + the reaction with Liz when Max used his powers on Kyle make me think there is a good chance it will work. I mean they can't have Maria and Isobel do all that only for it not to matter in the end, right? Pre-vision Kyle would have died there, possibly with no one finding him until morning, but this time they got healer Max there. I really hope this isn't the end of Kyle. I will be so bummed.
+ Maria opening up to Isobel about how desperately she wants family, and for Isobel to treat her like family and Isobel reaching out to her was a very sweet moment between them. But the fact that it's a full year after the whole reveal is a little annoying.
When they were listing off how Isobel has been rather than 'treating Maria like family' - i.e. critising, antagonising, irritating - all I could is that for Isobel that is treating her like family, just ask Max and Michael, lol. But that was a shallow first thought and I really hope that we do get to see Isobel opening up to Maria and bringing her into the family.
+ I love Kyle and his dedication this season to telling people harsh truths. I liked his scenes with Michael.
+ I'm glad that Liz is heading back to Roswell because tbh I've been finding her storyline mostly boring. I'm especially interested in what happened to her when Max tried to heal Kyle and what it means.
+ The fact that Rosa and Wyatt were friends before Kate's death actually makes whatever is happening between them work better for me. And I liked Rosa's line about people changing.
+ "He feels like family." re: Jones. Hmmm. Is it because Max is a clone of him or could he actually be Isobel's family?
+ If Kyle does survive it'd be neat if he found his purpose in helping the people of Roswell/and aliens by trying to become mayor of Roswell.
+ Max can be right about Jones not being able to fake a memory but that doesn't mean he can't hide a truth by being selective in what is shown, and by keeping back context. I appreciate Michael acknowledging his bias against Jones but I don't know that I disagree. I too remain suspicious of him.
+ I love how supportive Michael was of Max and him telling Max that he'd have his back.
+ My main question in that flashback is: where is Nora? Why wouldn't she be there with Louise to confront and trap Jones? That really doesn't make sense to me.
