I really liked it.
+ I liked the writing. I liked the almost dreamy quality to the story.
+ I liked the switch from current timeline to flashbacks, and I liked that we got Henry’s POV occasionally.
+ I liked Addie making the deal to save Henry.
+ Addie seemed very certain that Luc couldn’t love her and that he was still playing her but I’m really not sure she’s right. His reactions came off as real to me. I like to think that during this next phase of their game Addie realises that he does love her/it is real. The Luc/Addie reminded me a lot of Jareth/Sarah so of course I shipped it hard. I don’t think that was at all unintentional either considering Robbie’s play being based on Labyrinth and him played a Bowie-esque Goblin King. The author knew exactly what she was doing.
+ I also like to think that Henry and Robbie ended up together.
