Word of Honor Thoughts

I love that Kexing's wish of Baiyi is for him to cure Zishu. I love that he didn't even try to hide how gleeful it made him when he realised Baiyi thought he could do it. His smile!
An annoyed Zishu commanding Kexing to "discipline my disciple!" before leaving as in the background Chengling sits on the bed with a very mischievous smile was adorable all around. I love that Chengling demanded a bedtime story and then criticized Zishu's enough to make him storm off, and how completely unrepentant he was over it. He so open and happy and enjoying life with his two masters and it's great to see.
I loved the whole sequence at Mount Hua Sect residence: Beauty Ghost vs Lovelace; Beauty Ghost's loyalty and protectiveness towards her Master; Evil Bodhisattva and her interest in Beauty Ghost; Xie Wang's reactions to Tragicomic Ghost and his seeming genuine sympathy towards both her and Beauty Ghost (once he heard her story); Xie Wang casually killing Lovelace (good job!); Beauty Ghost revealing that she was using Yu Qiu Feng (oh thank god); Beauty Ghost declaring loyalty to Xie Wang and him sending the two women off with Evil Bodhisattva. (Yes, bring all four women together and make a super team of assassins. The four of them are vastly better and more interesting then literally any of the male ghosts/assassins.)
"You don't fail me and I won't turn my back on you." I mean... that's a pretty appealing promise but we'll see if he keeps it. I hope he does. I think he will. He's an unrepentant murderer but he does know loyalty. I'd love if he shifted it from an undeserving Zhao Jing. Realising who Tragicomic Ghost is and her connection to Jing, the knowledge that Zhao Jing betrayed her, seems like it might have started him in questioning his loyalty. Fingers crossed!
Scorpion King/ Xie Wang is turning into one of my favourite supporting characters. I find him super interesting to watch and the actor rather magnetic. I'm going to be sad when he inevitably dies. I just hope it isn't via Zhao Jing betraying him.
I love Kexing calling Baiyi 'old monster'. Their bickering annoyance with each other continues to be fun.
I liked Zishu's thoughtfulness in telling Chengling not to bring the past up with Kexing.
I like the contrast between the two sides of Kexing we see this episode. A little bit of the darker 'Lunatic Wen' Leader of Ghost Valley (his defeat of the former leader, his coldness and unwillingness to consider that anyone could be innocent) and the light Philanthropist Wen he is around Zishu and Chengling, playing happy family. I hope that as we get further into the story we get to see a lot more of this contrast. I especially want to see more of Lunatic Wen, and for Zishu to see him like that.
It is a little strange how little Kexing seems to care about his Ghost Valley followers. He's off hanging out with his soulmate and observing the chaos around them but he's totally lost control of those who are supposed to be following his orders and seems to have 'eh, whatever' attitude about it.
I feel really bad for Tragicomic Ghost's female followers. They don't know any martial arts, the leaders who care about them are out of reach, everyone else sees them as inconsequential prey and them being a part of the Ghost Valley makes them targets, and now their Leader who is supposed to protect them, and who they apparently feel safe with, is giving them absolutely nothing except an edict to never return to their home upon pain of death. What can they do?
