Austin – I don’t like the top – it just feels very old. The fabric/colour choices are wrong.
Kara – Inoffensive, easy-wear, good for being out and about and feeling comfortable while looking nice. WIN.
Kenley – Really cute. I like the neck. I like the blue colour and the polka dots. I don’t normally like one-pieces but this looks really good. It feels very summery. WIN.
Mondo – Meh. I don’t like the top. The shorts are okay. The accessories don’t work.
Rami – I don’t know. I’m torn. I kind of maybe like it but overall it just doesn’t work. I actually like the colours. The top is interesting. I like that the arm colour is different than the rest of it. But I don’t like the shoulders. The belt feels a bit much. I don’t like the look of the green top once it was shown.
Mila – It’s nice. It’s a very easy and casual look. I like the cape. I like the colour combinations – grey pants/red top/beige&black cape. It’s simple. WIN.
Michael and Jerell were the hardest for me to choose between. They had similar looks but with such very different aesthetics that you can’t really even compare them. I liked both. With this face off it really was down to one being in the bottom only because the other was in the top, you know? I would be perfectly fine with either winning.
Michael – I like it. Very sheek and sophisticated. It feels very put together. WIN.
Jerell – I like it a lot. It feels very bohemian/artisty. I love how everything goes together.
I was amused that the judges ended up apparently feeling the same as me about them and even used the same words to describe them as I did.
My choices:
Kenley win.
