iariaI enjoyed it a surprising amount.
+ The stand-out was unexpectedly Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik. He just went for it and his performance was so fun. I loved him.
+ I liked Sonic and really felt for him and his loneliness. I thought he might be annoying but surprisingly not really and I just wanted good things and a happy family for him.
+ Tom was a really nice guy (as per expected with James Marsden characters) and I liked his relationships with Maddie and Sonic.
+ I loved Agent Stone and his unwavering loyalty to Dr. Robotnik. Their relationship is so wonderfully bizarre and I wanted to see more. The latte exchange made me laugh. I liked that Robotnik created a replacement Agent Stone on the Mushroom World.
+ I loved Robotnik's reaction after Sonic shoved Tom and Maddie off the roof.
+ I liked Maddie but I wish she'd had a little more to do. She's a veterinarian, maybe when it looked like Sonic was dead she could have done something/been instrumental in helping to save him using her skills, you know?
