I enjoyed the series.
The tone of the series worked for me really well and for the most I liked the humour of it.
I liked where things ended for the Baudelaires and thought it was a good end to the series.
Having not read the books the extensive death count really took me by surprise. Just so much death. I can't decide whose death is worse - Olivia who got eaten alive by lions or Larry who got dunked/drowned head-first in a pot of hot curry. And I liked both of them a lot. :(
The truth about the sugar bowl was a little disappointing.
 I loved the siblings.
NPH as Count Olaf was delightful.
Sunny and Hook-handed Man/Fernald's relationship ended up being one of my favourites and I loved how that developed especially all those delightful background moments/reactions.
Jacquelyn was wonderful and I loved her. Her disappearing during season 3 was weird though. I guess the actress wasn’t available? I mean I’m glad she managed to get out alive unlike basically all of her contemporaries but her going MIA was strange.
Arthur Poe was ridiculous and callous but I enjoyed his reactions a lot too. Like he'd let terrible things pass with his agreement but then everyone would go a step too far and he's have a 'wait, what' moment and it be so fun.
Kit was great but her death was nonsense and I wish it had played out slightly differently.
Uncle Monty was probably my favourite of the guardians. He was lovely and I think the siblings would have been very happy with him.
I liked the Quagmire triplets and the ways their story echoed the Baudelaires and I liked the friendships/flirting the popped up between the two groups.
I liked both fakeouts with the Quagmires. First with Mother and Father not being the Baudelaire parents and then that the survivor of the fire was Quigley not a Baudelaire parent.
The Quagmire parents deaths were a bit ridiculous to me considering that they'd almost died and knew the Baudelaires had been taken out by fire recently so you'd think they'd have been on high alert that night. Plus their mansion was huge. I'm choosing to believe they were murdered before the fire.
I was surprised that the Quagmire's never came up as an option as guardians for the Baudelaire siblings when they seemed like the most obvious option.
I liked the ending with Lemony and Beatrice. It was lovely and he deserved something happy.
