iaria+ Jin-woo being in love with Seung-yeon but not being able to understand those feelings for what they were was sad and pitiful
+ It bothered me almost from the start of this case that unlike the previous ones it would be easy to change things no matter when they next got in contact and that it would be wrong not to try. Hae-young being given the opportunity so quickly and then choosing not to interfere in the past should have annoyed me but it didn't. I get it. After the shit show of innocent casualties that was the previous interference I can see why he'd worried about doing more harm then good. It's something that they should be worried about. I loved, that despite those understandable worries and his refusal to give any information, he repeating back Jae-han's own words about how the past can be changed and encouraged him to keep investigating.
+ I loved that Jae-han took Hae-young's advice to heart and continued to doggedly investigate on his own time and then cracked the case himself without any help. Amazing.
+ I wish we'd gotten a little bit from past Soo-hyun over Jin-woo's capture and the fact that Jae-han did it. Her take down of Jin-woo in the future was great and I appreciate that after over a decade of carrying that trauma she was the version we saw get to find some resolution. But still even a scene of past!Soo-hyun getting to face the man who tormented her. I also wonder if there will be further effects on future Soo-hyun based on the new changed past? It doesn't erase her trauma over the experience but getting closure/justice so quickly after had to have help no?
+ I imagine this secretly worked on investigation leading to arrest only increased her admiration and love for Jae-han and who can blame her? These stories always make me go 'did that change things' and this isn't any different. Could this event have made Soo-hyun fall for Jae-han even more?
+ I loved that the entire squad knows about Soo-hyun's crush and gossips about them when they're not around. That was fun.
+ I loved Jae-han getting mad that Soo-hyun was always made to get the coffee and then doing it himself.
+ Jae-han's partner's growing glee at Jae-han going off on Soo-hyun by calling her eyes beautiful and telling her to never get sick again was delightful. Made me smile almost as much as him.
+ I am worried about Chief Ahn! Unlike Soo-hyun I believe they would kill him so fingers crossed for him. How lucky he's right outside a hospital! If Hae-young's first act isn't to drag him there I'm going to be very disappointed in him.
