I'm enjoying it.

+ The effects aren't great. The dubbing is super distracting and noticeable. The writing and acting is not great but okay thus far.

+ Xiao Nai's intensity over and towards Bei Weiwei is rather delightful tbh. I'm all for that in a male lead. I love the way he watches her, how he goes out of his way to do so. I appreciate his no mercy approach to anyone who disrespects her.

+ I'm not sure why Nai is so immediately into Weiwei and if there's a past there but I'm curious. I'm also curious about why he isn't approaching her in real life but I am enjoying that he knows more about her (and her online identity) then she knows him and that he's more into her at the moment.

+ I enjoyed Xiao Nai's reaction after the basketball showdown (in itself pretty hilarious, oh Cao Guang) when he learned that Cao Guang liked Weiwei and him going back because he obviously didn't beat him hard enough the first time.

+ I loved Xiao Nai's confident assertion to his friend wondering if running into Weiwei could be the beginning of something with "even if it is, it has nothing to do with you".

+ One of my favourite things thus far was Xiao Nai's response when asked what his back up plan was for the duel if he'd been forced to miss it (considering how much was on the line): Bei Weiwei! Because if he couldn't do it he knew she'd be there to do it for him, fully confidant that she'd kick ass. And considering this is all about him zealously protecting her it makes it all the more delicious knowing that he knows she doesn't need it and can protect herself, and he's all for that too.

+ I really like Bei Weiwei's friendship with Zhao Erxi. They're very cute and one of my favourite parts of the show thus far.

+ I like Cao Guang and I find his little crush kind of sweet except - 'it's my right to pursue you until you give in'- dude. My dude, no.

+ I really like how big a supporting cast there is. All the main and main supporting characters have friends they hang out with which is exactly as it should be but doesn't always happen. It makes the world feel bigger and more real.

+ Some of the ways people were reacting to Xiao Nai is A LOT. Especially when he showed up in his father's class or the cafeteria. It was if he were a celebrity. And no one was even slightly subtle about it! On the other hand considering all this it was very weird that no one knew he was in an accident.

+ I like the online game parts.

+ I find it so interesting how Nai's in game weapon is a guzheng instead of a sword. I like it.

+ I'm very disgruntled about how the Condor Heroes competition finale played out. Her being stuck in a hole unable to do anything while he rescues her is just so intensely irritating. It should be something where they have to work together - have puzzles in the cave that she has to solve and pass on to him, anything - in order for them to win. As is she could be an inanimate object for all she mattered. Boo.

The prize of the two birds as mounts was great and while I get why they'd be cuddled up flying on one the above sexism made me resentful that she wasn't flying on her own, lol.

+ I do really appreciate how much Xiao Nai respects Weiwei ability and skill. Him willingly standing back to let her to the lead in their first Battle-Couple fight was nice.

+ I appreciated that Weiwei started to tell Diemeng immediately about the rumours going around about Zhan Tianxia and Xiaoyu Qingqing. Good friend moment.
