Chuck 5x09 and 5x10 Thoughts

iaria5X09 'Chuck Versus the Kept Man'
This was a very meh episode for me. I actually liked the Buy More part more than the A-plot.
+ I did love Sarah going off on Casey about how she always has to dress up in revealing/ridiculous costumes so he can just suck it up and wear the speedo. That was awesome. I hated his response calling her 'emotional' though.
+ I like Verbanski and I like Verbanski/Casey but everything with them didn't really work for me.
+ The main room of Castle is directly under the Buy More Theatre room? You mean, anyone could have opened that obvious floor hatch and just walked right in? I'm shaking my head so much.
5X10 'Chuck Versus the Bo'
I enjoyed this episode more than the last one but that's not really saying much. Overall I'm just not enjoying this season as much as previous ones and that's really disappointing.
+ I loved the spy confab over coffee at the beginning.
+ I enjoyed Jeffster's attempts to figure out what was going on and how they kept ending up back in the car. The increasing number of birds each time it happened was a great little touch. It feels so weird to say but they were one of the best parts of the episode.
+ I don't understand why Casey was so freaked out by Sarah putting the glasses on. I mean it's not like it would be permanent - Beckman had no problem removing it from Morgan. Then there is the fact that the Intersect that Morgan had was purposefully corrupted and there is no indication that this Intersect is as well. Even if it is corrupted in the same way it still took days or weeks for the Intersect's negative effects on Morgan to even be noticeable.
+ Sarah as the Intersect is - interesting, I guess? It just seems a little pointless - she is already an amazing spy and fighter (usually). I'd have preferred actually for Chuck to become the Intersect again, only this time they find out it's permanent. A part of me wants the series to end how it began - with Chuck as the Intersect.
+ I am really glad that Sarah wasn't the one kidnapped and in need of rescue. Again.
+ Sarah's humourless response with regards to Chuck's thing for Bo was kind of annoying. She should have been teasing him about it.
+ So did they just not tell Beckman/the government they found another Intersect? Because I can't image them being fine with team Bartowski keeping and destroying it.
