iaria1x16 'Scandal'
+ Takeda recruited Nolan to look out for Emily - after he broke off contact with her. Interesting. I really want to know the origin of his loyalty to her. Did she save his life or something?
+ Emily threatening to kick Nolan's ass made me all nostalgic for when she was threatening him every episode. I love their current relationship but that was fun too.
+ I loved the Emily/Charlotte scene. Emily trying to help her - questioning the pills but not pushing, offering information about their dad that Emily Thorne could know, putting an arm around her. It was really sweet. Also I love how Charlotte keeps ending up turning to Emily.
+ Declan's been growing on me - how he's handled Charlotte's confusion and despair has been wonderful - and I loved his complete belief in Jack and determination to protect him.
- Of course he could have started protecting Jack by getting rid of that bloody hoodie immediately. I'd suggest taking The Amanda out, burning the hoodie to ash and then dumping it in the ocean.
+ "The girl you called Amanda. She's been taken care of." - Takeda. NOO! I'm not going to accept it until I see a body.
1x17 'Doubt'
+ Nolan being a mother hen over Emily was great.
+ "Takeda has her. She's secure." - Emily Oh, thank god. That implies she's alive, yes. Is Emily putting a good spin on it for Nolan or does she know Amily is alive?
+ It seems to me as if Emily really does care for Daniel. We've seen bits of it in previous episodes, though with her it's often hard to tell what's an act and what's not especially with Daniel, but in this episode a lot of her reactions appeared real. Granted her schemes also have placed Daniel in a worse position but I can't tell if that was on purpose or not.
