+ Oh, of course they had to kill the dog. Jack's goodbye to Sammy was heartbreaking and really well done. So much crying on my part. Also the fact that Sammy went back to his first home, and to Amanda, to die is something I find so sad.
+ The show seriously had better not kill Nolan. Just - no. There's a 99% chance that he'll be fine but I'm still a little worried. I knew that there was no way Nolan would get away with it
+ I'm still kind of perplexed by Daniel's 180 with regards to his parents and his stalwart support of his dad after learning everything horrible he's done. I find it perplexing. All because of Victoria's lies about Charlotte and him discovering how manipulative she is? Because it would have made far more sense for him to denounce both parents then.
+ Emily's attitude towards Daniel has definitely changed which I suppose does prove that she did have some true feelings towards him.
+ So the Jack/Emily kiss... I can see why it happened but honestly it still felt a little out of nowhere and I continue to not completely buy their deep connection or them being in love. He likes her clearly, and mainly just for herself which is great, but then there's Amanda and his feeling for her.
As for Emily well... I think Emily's emotions for Jack are still far too wrapped up in her childhood for me to really see them as adult and about Jack. I mean he's the personification (along with Sammy) of her carefree childhood, of innocent Amanda and the last time she was completely happy. He's a symbol. I don't feel like she's moved on from that yet and until she does I'm just not going to buy them as a romantic pairing.
