• The whole situation with Charming’s mother was really aggravating. 1) Snow may be cursed but they live in the Enchanted Forest. There’s nothing to say that the Fairies couldn’t reverse it. There’s magic all around. With the infertility curse there is time for them to find a solution. There is no reason to think that little bit of water is the only thing that could cure Snow. Meanwhile, Charming’s mom was dying right then. Priorities!
2) Adoption is in fact an option! Even if the curse proved unbreakable why does Snow have to give birth to be a mother? 3) Everything about it drives me nuts – the mom giving her life so her son can have a biological child with his true love – and it sends a really bad message. Also I’m pretty sure that Charming would rather have his mother around.
• I really hated at the beginning how Charming sent Snow away when their camp was attacked. Not to protect his mother, or valuable Intel or anything other than herself. When we see them she’s standing by his side as an equal and then instead of fighting by his side she leaves when he sends her away. As if she were some helpless princess. That doesn’t fit her character at all.

• Best scene was Snow looking back at Emma’s nursery, seeing it how it used to be and grieving for all that she had lost. A short and small moment but so powerful. One of the best of the series really.
Second best scene was Emma opening up to Snow at the end. “I’m not used to someone putting me first.” ♥ Their relationship is my favourite right now and like Snow's moment directly after, this was very emotionally moving.
• Snow was great – flipping Aurora, ambushing Lancelot, taking out the ogre with one shot (after having not used a bow in 28 years), figuring out that Lancelot was really Cora, watching out for Emma.
• Snow being the new leader of Haven (with Mulan, Emma and Aurora as her main support) is excellent.
• There were a bunch of little moments I liked:
- "My son. I kind of share him with Regina. It’s complicated." - Emma
- "Magic always comes with a price. I read the book you know." - Henry lol
- "Don’t talk to her like that. I will deal with her." I loved how protective Mulan was of Aurora.
- Emma giving Aurora her jacket.
- Mulan saving Emma’s life.
- Aurora being snarky at Snow. “Perhaps it’ll help me channel my anger.”
- Hatter and Grace’s reunion.
- Henry/Charming bonding via sword-fighting at the end.

• Regina was so happy when Henry called her and I can just imagine her expression when she realised it was a ruse. Poor Regina. It looks like she really is trying to make things right – leaving her office because everyone asked her to and sending Charming to get Henry.
Still I can't really blame Henry for not trusting her yet. What he did was very sneaky and manipulative - just like his mom. I want to see him loving her but I think she should have to earn his trust back first.
• I'm choosing to believe that Lancelot isn't dead. Cora is hardly trustworthy and there is a lot of backstory we haven't gotten on him.
• I was almost expecting Cora’s magic not to work on Emma. Does Emma have magic, or is she magic herself or is it only in Storybrooke/when touching Regina that it works?
• I want to see more about Grace/Paige. She's been reunited with her dad but what about her Storybrooke parents? Everyone has two sets of memories now and they've been her parents for a long time. She clearly lived in a loving home. I'd like to see the show explore this more.
• Why did Snow just assume that the wardrobe wouldn't work again? Why didn't anyone even try to put out the flames? Why didn't anyone, other than Emma, think that the ashes could be useful?
