'Intuition'
• My god, Amily has the worst luck in life. I really hope she doesn’t die. She was amazing this episode: her bringing her stripper friends to be a distraction and to make Victoria suffer, her doing well against Victoria even though her connection with Emily was rough, her passing Emily the earbud as she was being loaded into the ambulance. Her life would probably be better if she wasn't so damn loyal to Emily but I hope that never changes because I love it.
• We got some actual emotion from Emily about Amily – she was upset and scared after the accident, she wanted to go with Amily in the ambulance and she chose at the end to go see Amily. Sure, she was a bit quick to say ‘save the baby’ even if it was Amily’s wish (since when does she care what Amily wants?) I’m considering this episode forward movement on the Emily/Amily front.
• The Daniel situation made less sense to me in how it played out. He (inadvertently) lays doubts in Ashley’s mind about Conrad, then gets suspicious, confirms she’s working for Conrad – and then overhears her breaking things off with him. Uh, what? He got a smile right then that seemed more like a smirk and all I could think was - 'what are you smiling about? You didn’t do anything.' What would have made more sense would for him to get suspicious, confirm, lay doubts/play Ashley and then he’d have a reason to smirk when Ashley turned on Conrad. Or even better it could have been so fun to have Daniel take that knowledge and use it, and Ashley unknowingly, against Conrad. But I guess the show is playing things between Ashley and Daniel straight. Which honestly is a bit unexpected.
