• I love the Charming family. They were fabulous. I liked all their interactions especially their first and last scenes.
- The first scene between them was delightful. I loved Emma's little moment of realisation where she goes from scolding her roommate to realising 'oh, wait, these are my parents' and then gets all stuttery. It was adorable. Also this:
"It's impressive that we can still provide her with a few traumatic childhood memories at this stage of the game." - Charming :-D LOL their amusement. Adorable.
- Their last scene were Emma is freaking out about telling Henry and being a parent (his only parent now) and them being supportive and encouraging was wonderful. I love how them being her parents keeps tripping her up. I don't know that it's something she really has completely internalized yet and it keeps sneaking up on her. I loved Charming pointing out that he and Snow are also trying to learn how to be parents as well.
• All the Emma/Regina stuff was also fabulous. I loved all their interactions and this episode just made me ship them even more. I loved that Emma invited Regina to the party, that she went after her to invite her for cake, that Regina apologised for lashing out at her and Emma accepted. I like that Emma believed Regina was innocent until she saw what she thought was incontrovertible proof that Regina did it. Her fight with Regina at the end was I think partially fuelled by her feeling personally betrayed - she believed in Regina, she trusted her and was giving her a second chance and now Henry was going to be hurt.
• I loved Red at the welcome back party - her reunion with Snow (Red running to her, the way the held each other tightly and the smiles and teary-eyes), and the hug during the toast and then her joining Snow and Charming during the party montage.
• Cora continues to be an excellent villain.
• I'm excited to see where the show goes with Emma's magic.
• Pongo! So 101 Dalmatians exists.
