• Okay I'm back to having all sorts of Red/Liz feelings again. I really enjoyed them this episode and that last scene was killer. He spent the whole episode making a music box to play the song that comforted her as a kid for when she finally learned the truth. Him holding her and the kiss on her head and "You're going to be okay."! Man, I wish I could believe that he wasn't really her father because I want to ship them so much.
• I am honestly surprised that they blew Tom's cover so quickly. I thought for sure it would be dragged out till the season final at the earliest, and maybe not even until next season.
• I do wish things had played out a little different (though not dragging it out much more) simply because it all felt a little contrived. I mean why the hell would Liz even call Tom right then? That was kind of dumb. Even worse was Liz seeing the toy she gave Tom in the trash and that being what tips her off to the truth. It was so lazy. Why the hell would he have taken that to his hideout and then thrown it in the trash? He is a way better spy than that. It would have been so much better for Liz to see something else vaguely incriminating - some of the photos/papers didn't burn completely (one fell off the board and went under a table, for example) or the cops found Tom's fingerprints - and then her spending an episode investigating Tom and figuring it out herself. How things actually played out - well, lazy.
• I loved Aram's grin when Liz told him he was awesome. I think someone has a little crush.
• But no, seriously, how did Mr. Kaplan find the gravesite?
