Witches of East End Thoughts

• Ingrid/Freya had a really lovely moment in the kitchen. It's one of the few times I've really felt their connection and love for each other.
• I liked the scene with all the women getting ready for the wedding.
• I laughed at the Dash/Killian confrontation. Dash's reaction to accidentally using magic against his brother amused me. He was so 'WTF?!' about it. He just wanted to punch his brother in the face, is that too much to ask? Heh. It makes me smile just thinking about it.
• Dash's anger when Freya broke up with him was understandable. Him going to confront Killian and trying to hit him was also understandable. Him not checking to see if his brother was alive (he's a doctor!) and setting the boat adrift much less so.
• I was kind of dissatisfied with Freya breaking up with Dash even though I was expecting it. Frankly I knew from the first episode that they weren't end game. It's just Freya deciding to go forward with the wedding and then dropping Dash at the last minute because she learns Killian is her soulmate - is understandable but also, I don't know, annoying?
• I really liked Joanna and Wendy defeating Penelope together.
• I was a bit disappointing that Ingrid wasn't involved in the final confrontation with Penelope. After learning about their history I was really hoping to see them interact.
• I loved Wendy having a glass of milk while the others drank alcohol.
• Ingrid really takes after her mom with the secret keeping, yeesh. I can understand not wanting to burden/distract Freya but she should have told her mom and Wendy about Mike.
• Really no mention of Dr. Amy? Dash gets a phone message that she's in his family's basement waiting for him and then disappears and we get no follow up? You'd think he'd be a bit worried about her, she is his friend and partner, and despite being distracted by his wedding why wouldn't he be looking into her disappearance?
