• I am really loving the Bellamy/Clarke relationship. I love the push/pull between them. I like how at this point he clearly respects her and considers her an equal. Her opinion seems to actually mean something and he actively tries to convince her to his point of view.
I found it really interesting that he told Clarke that she didn't need to be there before he stabbed the Grounder but didn't say anything to Octavia. He's spent the season thus far trying to protect Octavia (to the point of controlling over-protectiveness) and he's also spent it trying to force Clarke into acknowledging/accepting his point of view of moral greyness. Yet here he has her making the hard choice to torture the Grounder right beside him and he offers her an out. The only thing that makes sense there is that he is trying to protect her.
• I loved those quick moments of Clarke interacting with Bellamy's - followers. She just has no time for them and it was great.
• I still don't care for the triangle nonsense [I don't buy Clarke being so attached to Finn after only 10 days] but I do like how Clarke and Raven are dealing with it. There is remarkably little bitchiness between them and they worked really well together. I also really liked Clarke choosing to step back from Finn and the respect it showed for Raven.
• Octavia was excellent. She has grown so much from the pilot and her taking the knife to her arm took a hell of a lot of courage.
• I'm very interested in what is going on withe the Grounder and Octavia. Why does he care about her so much?
• Bellamy tells Clarke that it's not easy being in charge but I wonder if he, and she, are going to take this new understanding and apply it to the Arc and the leaders there?
