1) If #5 had to choose between saving the world or saving each other before leaving the dimension which would it be?
They'd save the world. Easy. First of all they aren't actually all that close let alone a couple. Derek wouldn't abandon everyone to their fate. Plus he never gives up and always tries. It's against who he is for him to run. Stiles has too many connections that are more important - his dad, Scott, Malia, Lydia, etc - to consider leaving. Even if it was one of them instead of Derek I don't think he'd leave the others.
2) What strategy would #4 use to win the Hunger Games?
Hmm. They would be working as a team with the goal of escape more than attack. Tony would make something - for escape (if anyone could figure it out he could) and for defence. Pepper would keep track of the practicalities - finding food/water/shelter, keeping watch for the others, protecting Tony as he works.
3) Is there a couple #3 reminds you of? (different fandom, mythology, real life).
Well, Hannibal clearly thinks of them as Achilles and Patroclus or sees something in their relationship in them. My first comparison with them always goes to Sylar/Mohinder because of the whole serial killer/obsessed connection.
4) What is the one word, phrase and object that will always remind you of #7?
Clarke/Bellamy... first thought "princess". It's Bellamy's nickname for her and I super love it. I love how it begins derisively and ends up super affectionate.
5) If #51 had to break up, in what situation would you feel it was alright?
Meredith/Cristina... not a couple so if they were a couple or their friendship. Well, right off the bat I will never be okay if there was an irrevocable break between them. It's too devastating to contemplate. Their friendship is too much a part of them. If they were a couple... I think I would have been fine with them breaking up over the issue of children. I think this is one way in which a romantic relationship wouldn't have worked. Cristina absolutely doesn't want children while Meredith very much does, and she loves being a mother. As long as their friendship remained unbroken I would have been fine with that. It would have made sense.
6) If one half of #8 was killed what sort of reaction could be expected from the survivor?
Oh, ouch.
Well Emily is obvious: revenge! If Nolan was killed it would devastate her. She would immediately turn to getting revenge. I think that might even be enough to get her to kill someone. If it happened because of her or one of her schemes it would eat at her. The guilt would be overwhelming. Even if it wasn't because of her she would feel guilty for not protecting him. It'd cause her to close off emotionally again.
If Emily died Nolan too would be devastated. Would it be enough for him to turn to revenge, maybe. Though instead of schemes I can see him using his money to bring down/reveal the truth about whoever did it.
7) Where would #10 marry? How would the ceremony look?
Regina/Emma getting married the mind boggles a little. Considering the show seems set on never leaving Storybrooke it would probably happen there. I see Archie marrying them for some reason. Henry would be pretty ecstatic. I see it happening in the town square. Charming would be kind of hesitant about them but while weirded out Snow would be happy for both of them.
8) How would #7 react to meeting a sparkly Twilight vampire?
Considering how things usually go for them it would probably end in bloodshed. I can see Clarke staring at them in awe a la the meadow scene with the deer. But later season Clarke would be left less impressed. She and Bellamy would approach the sparkly person cautiously. They'd try for friendly but would be on guard.
9) Who in #1 would propose and how would they do it?
I have a hard time seeing Cristina ever proposing. I think she'd be happy for them to just live together forever. Meredith wants romance but I think she'd just end up proposing after a shared surgery on day. Just out of the blue while they're washing up or sitting together, she'd turn and say "we should get married. No seriously."
10) Have you cried during one of #2 scenes? Which one?
Hmm... I don't know. There have been emotional moments but I don't think I have.
11) Which other character is/promises to be the biggest shipper of #9?
I could see Kili and Fili being super supportive of Thorin/Bilbo happening. I imagine if there was something romantic brewing between the two of them the boys would switch between teasing and cheerleading. Possibly conniving to push them together, putting them in situations together [oh, I put you bedroll over here beside uncles! or tricking both into a hot spring naked together. or bumping one of them into the other. Lots of teasing Bilbo about it.
12) Out of #8 and #2 which are more likely to turn into villains?
Emily/Nolan vs Red/Liz. Difficult.
On the one hand Red is kind of a bad guy already and he kills people left and right, is manipulative, breaks every law there is. But at the same time he has his morals and they are strongly held. He is a good person and he doesn't purposefully hurt innocent people. Liz has made some mistakes, done some pretty grey things, but overall she's a good person who tries to protect people. I love the idea of Red training her to take over his criminal empire and them being a villain power couple together but at this point I really can't see it.
On the other we have Emily who has never physically killed anyone but who has hurt a lot of purposefully and often seems to have a remarkable lack of care for the innocent bystanders who get hurt. But despite that she only lashes out at those who have hurt others and her actions are more about righting wrongs. In season 1 where she was more alone and still closed off I could see her going down a darker path. Nolan is a really good person, very caring. He's vacillates between really enjoying her revenge schemes (and I think he loves the cat/mouse aspects of carrying them out) and being against them (he doesn't enjoy when they go too far). I can't see Nolan going villain.
So I have a hard time picking between them. I think they probably have equal chance at the beginning of both their series.
13) Your ten couples are in a room playing poker, which of them has the biggest chance to win, keeping in mind that all of them are cheating.
Well if Charles is cheating he could easily win. If he's prevented I can see Regina using her magic.
14) In a two against one fight involving #6 and Buffy the Vampire Slayer who would win?
Poor BuffY, she's going down. But I call freaking unfair fight! She's up against one of the most powerful telepaths in his world and a man who controls metal [and has no problem killing people with it]. I love her and she's awesome but she doesn't stand a chance.
15) Which other character is/will be the biggest opposition to #14 and how far will they go to break them up?
I feel like if Pepper and Tony had gotten together pre-Iron Man or if Obadiah's plot hadn't come out then Obidiah would have eventually tried to break them up. Pepper is so good for Tony and she encouages him to be better. As an SO she'd also interfere more with Obidiah's hold and influence over Tony.
16) Choose one song that fits the canon relationship of #10, and one song that suits your version of them.
Ugh. I suck at picking songs to match things. I have to listen to a song and then go 'oh, this matches this pair/character' so I have no idea. It would definitely be about being enemies to friends, about redemption and finding family, being forced to work together which is all canon just adding romance in for my version (because I like for the most part how they've gone in canon.)
17) What House/Houses would #9 represent if they had been born in a GoT/ASoIaF universe?
Switched to Hogwarts: Bilbo would probably be Gryffindor. Thorin... I'm torn and unsure. Slytherin for hisambition to get back the mountain?
18) Which two couples would you choose to send on a blind double date?
Wow, looking over my list they're all horrible. I guess maybe Red/Liz and Pepper/Tony or Emily/Nolan. I kind of really want to see Red and Emily stuck at a dinner together.
19) What would #6 say to Romeo and Juliet?
Heh. This just amuses me. But I don't know much about R&J as far as the details of their situation. I think it's mostly about their families. I can imagine older Charles having being all compassionate and having good advice. I think both in all versions would be like "suicide is not the answer". Erik would probably have some bad advice that would end in violence. I don't know.
20) If you had the chance to meet one of these couples in real life, which is the one you would choose?
None? I'm not a fan of meeting people. Probably Thorin/Bilbo because dwarves and hobbits! Especially if I could meet them in their world because Shire! I wouldn't mind taking a little trip around their world. Rivendell and Beorn's especially.
