Scars
Liked
Coulson/Skye's scenes especially their final look at each other as Skye left.
May/Skye scene where May reveals that she's not objective and then tells Skye she hopes Jiaying is everything she wanted her to be.
The Skye/Jemma/Fitz scene with Jemma giving Skye her hula girl (that she saved from the Bus! Aww) and Fitz's little joke and it was all so adorable.
The opening scene with Sam Koenig was great. His call with Billy, the multiple types of lanyards/security passes he has, his entire conversation with Coulson with the callbacks to how things were at the beginning of the season. I enjoyed it all.
Jiaying/Cal are kind of delightful. I love how devoted and in love they are with each other. They were so lovely in this episode. I love them.
"This way we'll have a cool underground base and a boat." - Coulson. Heh.
Gonzalez returning to Jiaying Skye's baby charm was super thoughtful.
 Skye calling Jiaying mom.
Coulson/Lance/Fitz scene was great. "I think we've been spending too much time together." LOL but disagreed! They've been great the last couple episodes.
The Cal/Skye scene. "You really are magnificant." How things change that we can now have Skye tell Cal that she's glad she got to know him and sincerely mean it.
The scene where Mack quits SHIELD was well done. I really wish that Mack would get over/move past his complete dislike/distrust of aliens/alien touched Coulson but since he can't the way this scene played out with Mack/Coulson was actually really respectful. I like that Mack was just completely honest about everything. And he even shook Coulson's hand! I will miss FitzMack if he's really gone.

Skye bringing up May killing the little girl, throwing it in her face even - ouch. May's face, Coulson's look at her... just ouch.
Okay, I guess I misjudged Gonzales. He showed himself to be a better man then I thought he was. The fact that he was so scared of people with abilities and what they could do, and that he never trusted them only makes his behaviour during the meeting more impressive. He clearly took his role as representing SHIELD and achieving the agreed upon goals very seriously (even if he disagreed with them). He was entirely focused on reaching a compromise with the Inhumans. He overcame his doubts/issues to approach Jiaying with respect and civility and that's pretty remarkable. His requests (and they were phrased more as requests/an appeal to work together than a demand, I'll give him that) weren't that unreasonable. This doesn't erase all the nonsense with how he approached Coulson's SHIELD and his hypocrisy but it does make me a little sad that he was killed off. I wish we could have seen more of this side of him.
I should have guessed that Jiaying was not as completely calm/peaceful as she portrayed herself. What happened to her was freaking horrific so of course that would leave behind scars other than her physical ones. Except I really can't blame her for not being willing to allow SHIELD to index her people. From her side why should she allow that? Who are they to demand that of them? The Inhumans have been living peacefully (mostly) for centuries now.
Jiayang is lucky that Coulson didn't come to Afterlife instead. Skye would never buy Coulson shooting unarmed Jiaying unprovoked and I don't think she'd ever forgive Jiaying for killing him.
I loved the hula girl scene but Jemma seemed weirdly stuttering and flustered when giving it over and it's making me wonder if it's not entirely what it seems. Jemma's shown herself recently to be rather ruthless and distrustful of people with abilities. At this point I actually wouldn't put it past her to have booby-trapped it, or less lethally added a listening device or homing beacon or something.
Kara's conversation with Jemma especially her line about being relieved that Bakshi was gone felt very pointed. I wondered if she was still in contact with Ward somehow and he'd passed on what happened. So the end reveal didn't take me completely by surprise.
The current May/Coulson split is not entirely working for me. I can understand May being pissed about Coulson keeping so many secrets from her, especially because they were so freaking unnecessary, but the depths of her unhappiness/anger with him seems excessive. I guess she's feeling betrayed? I don't know, something about how it's played out is leaving me going 'meh'.
How is Coulson as Director and the rest as his advisor council that much different from Fury's SHIELD?
