I liked it less than the previous episode but still good.

I basically had two thoughts after this episode: "Bedelia, what are you doing?!" and "Will, what are you doing?!" Man, those two. Being so close to Hannibal really messes people up (subtitle of the show?)

• So Hannibal has basically said he's in love with Will, yes? I loved his smile after he said 'love' in the finale scene. And basically every time he talked about Will was great.

• I'm really enjoyed the Bedelia/Hannibal interactions. They were excellent this episode. I don't even know which of their scenes were my favourite. They are fascinating together. I loved him washing her hair - great scene, loved the closing shot of Bedelia sinking beneath the water after dropping that Mischa bomb on Hannibal. I loved the first scene with them talking about Will, love and betrayal and Bedelia being so in control.

Maybe it was the dinner scene with Professor Sogliato. Hannibal was kind of hilarious and amused me twice. First, his "That may have been impulsive", heh. I loved his expression. I liked Bedelia calling him on that and then her fed up grabbing her napkin before going to Sogliato (no prints, good planning!). Second, Hannibal's "Technically you killed him." LOL. Bedelia's reactions to everything were amazing. It was a great scene.

• Bedelia assures Hannibal at the beginning of the episode that she "has no concern" about herself and knows exactly how she will get herself out of any situation she finds herself in but I admit I'm doubting. I was pretty gobsmaked by her asking Hannibal "How did your sister taste?" while lying vulnerable in the bath with Hannibal's hands on her head. I am definitely feeling some concern here. She seems both repulsed and fascinated by Hannibal, horrified by what he does but also intrigued and she keeps poking at him. She is the moth drawn to his flame and I'm 80% certain she's going to burn. Or considering all the drowning imagery associated with her this season she'll drown. Probably in blood, 'cause Hannibal.

"I've never known myself as well as I know myself when I'm with him." - Will. !! Oh, Will.

"I didn't want this." Uh, so what were you expecting than? If he didn't want the man and Chiyoh to have a confrontation he would have taken the man away when he freed him. He didn't. He could have gone to Chiyoh and waned her about what he did. Chiyoh was right - he wanted to know. I mean I don't think he was lying when he said he wanted to free her but it was more than that.

Then there was him putting the man into a Hannibalesque tableaux, wtf was that? What is he thinking? I doubt Hannibal will ever see it and if he does it won't be any time soon so the purpose wasn't for Hannibal. Was it because Hannibal is so far in Will's head right now? IDK.

• I love the idea of Chiyoh and Will going after Hannibal together.

• There were a couple of transitioning shots - Hannibal's face fading into Will's and Hannibal fading into Chiyoh's reflection in her coffee - that were really great.
