I actually liked this episode. I wasn’t really looking forward to it because a) I stopped watching Bones for a reason, and b) the two canons really didn’t seem like a great fit. But surprisingly it worked fine.
+ The opening bowling scene was lovely. I love them all just hanging out, having fun, enjoying being with each other. I thought Joe fit in well.
+ I really loved the Abby/Ichabod talk about Katrina. And I liked Abby gentle trying to push Ichabod into moving on.
+ Ichabod’s expression when Brennan assured him that “procreation plays a significant part” in her and Booth’s relationship – LOL. I watched it several times and it made me laugh every time.
+ Jenny not disagreeing more strongly when Joe promised to give up the amulet felt off.
+ Would just shooting the lock really open it? That seems – convenient and too easy for this show.
+ I didn’t mind Brennan/Booth at all. In fact this episode reminded me how much I enjoyed them. I even found Booth tolerable. His interactions with Abby were nice. The Booth/Brennan hug was lovely. Brennan and Booth’s interactions were great. I really loved how excited Brennan was after escaping the tomb.
+ I loved how Pandora’s looked.
+ I’m surprised that Brennan didn’t ask about the ring. Of all the things to wonder about with what happened you'd think Ichabod having a ring that could open the hidden tomb would be right up there.
