Person of Interest 4x06 & 4x07 Thoughts

iaria4x06 'Pretenders'
I really enjoyed it.
+ That Shaw/Bear/Finch scene was the most adorable scene ever. Shaw being sincerely worried about Bear not eating, "Belgian supermodel" lol, Bear missing Finch, Finch taking the time to talk to Bear on the phone - “Who’s a good boy? You are Bear” ♥ And then Bear ate when Finch told him to. I loved it.
+ "Are you eating something near my computer?" - Finch. Hee. Shaw's face was great.
+ I like Walter. He was a fun character. His hero-worship of Reese was sweet and hilarious. All the Walter/Reese interactions were great. I loved how Reese went from amused by Walter [smirking during Fusco's first meeting with him], to irritation [the hand smack away from the gun with "Stop it", lol] and then back to amusement [when Walter clocked him as The Man in the Suit]. I think by the end he was honestly kind of fond of him. [This is making me miss Leon.] Walter saving Reese and Reese's "good job" complete with face tap in resepose was practically affectionate. Also this: "How do you do that with your voice?" Heh.
- I loved that Reese got this chance to see some of the effect that his work over the last couple years has produced. I loved Walter's explanation at the end. I also loved Walter calling him a superhero. In this universe he really is.
+ Reese walking around with big guns is always fun.
+ I enjoyed Finch/Beth. They were cute. I really loved Finch - seeing the different sides of him, watching him undercover being a sneaky badass.
+ I love Shaw getting all jealous of Reese after he got shot. And her teasing "baby" after his ow.
+ I liked that even though Fusco didn't do anything significant this episode he was still all over it at Reese's side. I continue to enjoy his occasional exasperation with having Reese as his partner.
+ Elias! Great to see him again. Elias vs Dominic could be interesting but I'm worried that a war between them will catch Samaritan's attention and I don't want Elias to die. The Elias/Reese scene was excellent. Hopefully with Elias back in play we'll get a lot more + some with Finch and Elias.
+ Was John's "not my girlfriend" a bit pointed? It sounded like there was a bit of emphasis there on 'my'.
4x07 'Honor Among Thieves'
Another fun episode.
+ I loved Shaw/Root. They had some excellent scenes this ep. Root's commentary and teasing Shaw during the bar scene was the best. "I just couldn’t bear it if anyone hurt you. I mean besides me." ♥ Her grin! Their final scene was really great. I loved their sly smiles and shared look after Root states that it could take all night. Oh, yeah, they are totally sleeping together.
+ I'm with Shaw - Tomas was pretty hot. I liked the bar scene. They had great chemistry.
+ All the Shaw/Reese interactions were fun. I loved her "It’d be a shame if you tried." and him teasing her about her preoccupation over Tomas.
+ "Fine we’ll commit your felony." - Finch. LOL. Just the way he said that was hilarious. So long-suffering, all 'whatever, do what you want just stop talking already' about it. I loved Shaw and Reese teaming up against him.
+ I loved Shaw's minuscule nod of agreement when the guy was complaining about how painful it is to fake your own death.
+ "It’s not cool you ask me to do this stuff with you man. Not cool." - Fusco. Heee. I was just thinking as he said this that it was kind of mean of Reese not to give Fusco forewarning about what they were walking into. Also kind of dangerous. It says a lot about Fusco and his relationship with Reese that he put on a ski mask and joined Reese breaking into a building in the middle of the night with no explanation.
+ I always enjoy when Root and Finch have scenes together.
