Elementary and Sleepy Hollow Thoughts

iariaElementary 4x12: I actually really like what the show is doing with Sherlock and Fiona. They have a really interesting dynamic and I'm enjoying them. I love how enthusiastic Joan is about it. Also loved the mention of Moriarty. Are we ever going to see her again? Because I miss her. Oh, and Sherlock not having a boyfriend but 'maybe he just hasn't met the right guy'. Loved that line.
Sleepy Hollow 3x10 'Incident at Stone Manor'
+ Abbie was awesome. Creating a map of the area, figuring out how to keep track of the time passing, keeping sane while left alone for 10 months, smashing the Eye, and figuring out by herself how to get out.
+ Jenny and Joe explaining how Abbie and Ichabod usually solve things was delightful.
+ "Triple word score. Haters gonna hate." - Ichabod. Ha! I loved that entire exchange between Ichabod and Joe with Jenny watching in amusement. It more than any other scene (well, excepting the Halloween bar scene) makes Joe feel like part of the group.
+ I continue to really like Sophie and I hope she sticks around. I like the tension in her relationship with Jenny.
+ I wish they'd left Ichabod untethered at the end of the episode and forced Abbie et al to have to save him. It felt too easy to have Abbie just call him back with their bond as Witnesses. It should have involved more effort.
+ I felt like Joe should have stayed in the Archives to watch over Ichabod's body. What were they thinking leaving him alone and unprotected? What if something went wrong? Plus I think the gargoyle part of the storyline would have worked better if it had just been Jenny and Sophie forced to work together without Joe as a buffer.
