Episode 3 & 4
+ Jealous Ki-tae is fun. I loved him crashing Jang-mi and Yeo-reum's lunch buddies date and the little compatition between him and Yeo-reum. I'm very much enjoying watching him slowly fall for Jang-mi while completely not realising it.
+ I find Yeo-reum so confusing. I ended episode 2 thinking that perhaps he has had a crush on her for awhile but he runs so hot and cold with her so I honestly don't know what to think. He ignored her the first time at the restaurant but then he was sincerely interested in the chef cooking, and did later ask her out to eat. He tells Se-ah that he thinks Jang-mi doesn't have feelings for Ki-tae but then keeps asking her about him which not only implies that he wasn't actually sure of that but that he also cares. At the end of episode 4 he waits at the restaurant really late for her, makes her food, asks about Ki-tae again and says to himself that he's concerned for her. Except that he also accepted money from Se-ah to spy on her and Ki-tae. Also: "I'm going to eat delicious things with Jang-mi." ... with the money he makes spying on her!?
+ I really liked Ki-tae and Kang-mi discussing relationships over ramen and then the crackiness of him trying to lock her in his bathroom so she couldn't go meet Yeo-reum because she needed to 'spend some time alone'. lol. And that it eventually backfired by getting him locked in later.
+ Jang-mi really needs a female friend. Hyun-hee has turned out to be surprisingly sneaky and self-interested, and someone who maybe doesn't have Kang-mi's best interests at heart. I did like that little moment between Se-ah and Jang-mi at the hospital where Se-ah was sincerely thankful to Jang-mi for saving Ki-tae and they shared a smile but alas that's unlikely to go anywhere.
Episode 5
+ I can't believe that they got found out by Ki-tae's mother, the lies unravelled... and he somehow managed to get them even more committed to seeing it through! All because of whatever it is that is going on between him and his mom. I am so curious about what the story is there. I did love, during that scene, Kang-mi agreeing with Ki-tae's mom after everything she says while both of them completely ignore her. Also Kang-mi hitting him after his mom left.
+ I do find the way each episode starts with a little flashfoward is starting to get old but the twist on what this one was actually about was kind of great. I was really not expecting it to be about poop. ... I don't think I've ever watched a show where the lead pooped their pants so it's kind of weird.
+ I really enjoyed Kang-mi/Yeo-reum. I loved their kitchen date - Yeo-reum's expression when she was gleefully eating his food, her connecting them as coming from similar places even if their reactions are different, and that kiss! Did they just spend the night making out then? I also liked the scene where Kang-mi confesses to him that she likes him. Not entirely sure what to make of his expression - relieved, guilty, pleased, uncertain because it' s caused him unexpected feelings?
Then there was that doozy of an ending. I really hope that the next episode starts with Yeo-reum refusing Se-ah's money.
+ Ki-tae's little jealous tantrum when he tracked her via phone to the restaurant was funny. Especially when he ran outside and then realised that not only was he in his pajamas but he was wearing two different shoes, heh.
+ The Ki-tae/Jang-mi fake date that ended up kind of real by the end was great. I am so enjoying them slowly falling for each. I think Yeo-reum is going to be proved right in that Ki-tae will fall for her first since he already seems well on the way there.
+ Bong-hyang coming out of the restaurant to rescue Kang-mi was unexpected but awesome. So much so that I finally looked up her name. I also really loved their little talk afterwards. Jang-mi's poop metaphor was hilarious but also surprisingly apropos.
+ I liked Se-ah calling out Ki-tae on being childish.
